We spent Easter this year in Morton. We welcomed home the newest Aberle cousin from Etheopia, Tripp, on Good Friday. On Saturday we spent time with the Menold extended family. We enjoyed our annual Easter brunch, decorated easter eggs, and made goofy glasses. We spent time with Grandma & Grandpa Aberle and the Rugaards on Easter Sunday. Landon was able to participate in his first Easter Egg hunt in Grandma & Grandpa's backyard. He had so much fun collecting the eggs and playing with his cousins. He also had fun exploring what was in his Easter Basket from the Easter Bunny...not really interested in smiling for the camera, though.

Landon had a fun-filled 1st Halloween. We hosted a chili supper at our house with all of our friends in the evening. He had so much fun playing with his friends. After supper the kids decorated sugar cookie pumpkin cut outs - they did an excellent job at decorating the cookies! :)
Happy Mother's Day! Being a mother is such a wonderful role in life...and being a mom to Landon is awesome! Landon celebrated Mom's Day by waking me up @ 5:30am this morning, he usually sleeps until 7:30 or 8am. He couldn't wait to give me my 1st Mother's Day gift. He and Dad got me a beautiful Garnett (Landon’s birthstone) pendant necklace with Landon’s name and birth date inscribed on the edges. So blessed to be a mom & wife to 2 wonderful guys J Today is our 4th wedding anniversary ~ It's hard to believe that we've been married for 4 years already! We've had so many adventures along the way, and I can't wait for the many more years to come. Happy anniversary, honey! :) |
